Results of a Center for Strategic Studies poll on the government's second year were released on October 10. Petra reported that 89% of Sanad app users surveyed felt electronic services spared them the effort of visiting government offices, while 80% of respondents who had visited comprehensive government service centers praised the speed of transaction processing.
The survey ran from September 10 to 26, 2026. Its national sample included 2,012 people aged 18 and older, selected randomly from 753 locations with equal numbers of men and women. A separate opinion-leader sample included 424 people and had a 90.7% response rate. The dispatch did not give the numbers of Sanad users or service-center visitors in the subgroups, so those percentages should not be generalized to the full sample.
