Scope

These terms apply to newsverum.com and to Newsverum’s API, Markdown copies, feeds, datasets and MCP server at https://newsverum.com/mcp, published by Litequo LLC (Wyoming, United States), including when an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude reads them for you. By using them you accept these terms.

Access

Reading the site and using the API and the MCP server are free and need no account. Newsverum sells no subscriptions, products or advertising. We may limit request rates, block automated abuse, and change or withdraw any service or endpoint.

Using our content

Stories, data tables and illustrations belong to Litequo LLC unless they are credited to others. You may read them, link to them, quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the story’s canonical URL, and use reported figures in your own analysis with the source named. Access gives no right to republish, sell or redistribute stories in full, or to mirror the site, its feeds or its datasets. Source documents belong to their publishers and carry their own terms.

Accuracy and corrections

We report from primary sources and correct errors visibly, but everything is provided as is, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here is investment, legal, medical or other professional advice. Event or data periods, source release dates and publication dates are different dates, and forecasts and targets are not observations. Send correction requests with the story URL to contact@newsverum.com.

AI assistants

When an assistant answers from Newsverum’s tools, the answer is written by that assistant, not by Newsverum; check it against the cited story. The API and the MCP server only read published stories: they change nothing, take no actions and ask for no personal information. Your assistant provider’s own terms and privacy policy govern your conversations.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Litequo LLC is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site, its data or its connectors.
