Veolia announces three Saudi water and industrial cooperation frameworks

Veolia announced three memoranda of understanding with Acwa, Ma’aden and Khazeen in Saudi Arabia on September 1, addressing water, energy and waste management.

Acwa cooperation covers desalination efficiency and water quality, while Ma’aden’s involves industrial water reuse. Resource management is envisaged at Khazeen facilities. These are cooperation frameworks rather than announcements of commissioned treatment plants or confirmed investment amounts.
