Swedish real median income reached SEK 25,900 in June

Statistics Sweden reported monthly median disposable income of SEK 25,900 at constant prices in June 2026 for people aged 20 and over.

The median was 3.9% higher in real terms than in June 2025. Year-on-year growth was 4.9% in April and 3.7% in May; the income gap between women and men widened in June.

This preliminary monthly series excludes capital income, and some missing income components are estimated using models. SCB classifies the series as under development and not official statistics.
