Solstice Gold said its fully permitted Strathy project in Ontario now covers 57 square kilometres after it acquired the Leckie Gold Zone and adjacent claims. The October 6 update describes a portfolio of historical gold workings, the Red Cedar discovery and additional structural and geophysical targets in the Temagami Greenstone Belt.

The company plans to relog historical core, sample selected previously unassayed intervals, expand induced-polarization surveys and integrate the results into a three-dimensional geological model before finalizing drill targets. The next drilling phase is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026, but the release presents this as forward work; its historical assay examples are not new results from this announcement.
