Rock Tech Lithium said on October 22 that its first exploration field program had begun at the Victory Project in northwestern Ontario. The company describes Victory as a 9,875-hectare property about 45 kilometres east of Kenora. The October work is intended to assess two known lithium occurrences, look for additional occurrences and identify targets for possible drilling. The release is an exploration update; it does not report a discovery from this program or establish an economic deposit.

Rock Tech said the two exposed lithium-cesium-tantalum pegmatites, Last Resort and Bounty, had not previously been drilled. Historical selective grab samples returned up to 5.11% lithium oxide at Last Resort and 3.48% at Bounty; the company said the samples may not represent the wider property and had not been fully verified. Along with sampling and geological mapping, the October team is conducting a high-resolution survey to map outcrops, structures and pegmatite trends.

The planned October activity includes geological field work by geologists and technicians, examination of the known occurrences, prospecting for additional occurrences and selection of priority drill targets. Rock Tech expected initial results in early 2027 and described a first drilling program later in 2027 as planned. Those dates and objectives are forward-looking expectations, not completed milestones. The announcement did not provide assay results from the newly started program.

Rock Tech said it secured an option in June 2026 to acquire 100% of Victory. An option is not the same as ownership: the issuer’s release described a right to acquire the project under an option structure, while the company said much of the consideration is tied to project results. The property’s ownership status and eventual acquisition depend on the agreement and its conditions. The article therefore treats the project as an optioned exploration property.

The release also noted nearby transport and utility infrastructure, including the Trans-Canada Highway, rail, electrical transmission and a natural gas pipeline. Proximity to infrastructure does not demonstrate that a mine or processing operation is viable, permitted or connected. Rock Tech said it was assessing Victory as a possible additional source of Ontario lithium for its proposed conversion plant at Red Rock; the field program itself does not secure feed supply or establish production.
