Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, announced on 7 September 2026 that it has awarded Parkway International Contracting a main construction contract worth more than AED 590 million. The contract is for the delivery of 394 apartments across four residential buildings in Phase 3 of City Walk Crestlane in Dubai.

Meraas said construction has already commenced and that completion is anticipated by Q3 2028. It describes Crestlane as an extension of City Walk’s walkable urban environment, with landscaped open spaces and water features. Across the wider community, residents are to have swimming pools, sports facilities, a fitness centre, a floating clubhouse and an outdoor cinema.

The release gives the value only as more than AED 590 million, not an exact amount, and does not say when the contract was signed.
