Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, announced on 24 September 2026 that it has awarded a contract valued at nearly AED 1 billion to GCC Contracting. The contract covers the construction of 272 new villas and townhouses at Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 7 in Dubai, which Meraas said marks the expansion of the gated community.
The scope includes 130 villas of four to seven bedrooms and 142 three-bedroom townhouses, together with pool houses, essential utilities and infrastructure works. Meraas said construction has already started on site and that project completion is anticipated in the second quarter of 2028.
