OSE Immunotherapeutics reported results on October 19 from Combi-TED, a FoRT-sponsored, open-label, randomized Phase 2 trial of second-line treatment for metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer. It involved 106 HLA-A2-positive patients at 19 sites in France, Italy and Spain. The three groups received Tedopi with docetaxel, Tedopi with nivolumab, or docetaxel alone.

One-year overall survival was the primary endpoint. OSE reported rates of 47% for Tedopi plus docetaxel, 46% for Tedopi plus nivolumab and 29% for docetaxel alone. The company’s topline release gives the total study population without individual group sizes or confidence intervals for these rates. Detailed results are scheduled for presentation on October 25 at ESMO in Madrid.
