Dutch consumer prices were 3.4% higher in September 2026 than a year earlier, according to Statistics Netherlands (CBS) flash estimate. CBS had reported an inflation rate of 3.3% for August. The early September estimate is based on source data that is not yet complete.

CBS scheduled the regular September consumer price index results for 13 October. The 3.4% figure is therefore a provisional national CPI estimate; the Eurostat harmonised index is a separate measure.
