Jordan raises October petrol and diesel prices by 50 fils a litre

The October 1 schedule keeps kerosene and household LPG cylinder prices unchanged.

Jordan’s September 30 announcement sets October 1 prices at 1,050 fils per litre for 90-octane petrol, 1,360 for 95-octane and 900 for diesel. Both petrol grades and diesel rise by 50 fils per litre.

Kerosene remains 550 fils per litre and a 12.5-kilogram household LPG cylinder stays at seven Jordanian dinars. The ministry says pricing considers average global prices over the preceding thirty days. These are Jordanian retail tariffs, not prices applicable across other countries.
