MIMIT’s 11 October data show regional fuel-price averages across Italy

Italy’s Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT) published regional fuel averages for stations outside the motorway network in its October 11, 2026 update. The table lists self-service prices for petrol and diesel, alongside served prices for LPG and methane. The ministry says it refreshes the table each morning.
The ministry says regional averages are arithmetic means of prices reported by retailers; petrol and diesel use self-service prices in effect at 8 a.m., whose effective date can be up to eight days earlier. In the October 11 table, petrol averaged €2.022 per litre in Liguria and €2.071 in Basilicata, while diesel ranged from €2.238 in Marche to €2.279 in Basilicata. These are reported regional indicators, not national or motorway averages.
