AIFA’s three determinations dated 1 October were published in Italy’s Official Gazette on 17 October. They classify Itvisma, based on onasemnogene abeparvovec; Jascayd, containing nerandomilast; and Liraglutide Stada, containing liraglutide, as newly authorised human medicines.

The determinations took effect on 18 October. All three products were placed in class C(nn), which AIFA defines for medicines not yet assessed for reimbursement. This classification by itself is not a reimbursement decision or confirmation that sales have begun. A separate AIFA supply-regime document for its 7–11 September committee meeting lists hospital-only use for Itvisma and prescription-only supply for Liraglutide Stada.
