Focus Graphite engaged Construction & Expertise PG for geotechnical investigations and detailed engineering on a proposed all-season access road to its Lac Knife graphite project in Quebec. The company said combined federal and provincial infrastructure support could reach C$1,932,750.

The provincial contribution is capped at C$554,050 and covers 50% of eligible road planning and development costs; the previously announced federal support is up to C$1,378,700 for pre-construction planning for the road and electrical connection to Hydro-Québec. These are funding ceilings for planning, not construction spending or proof the road is built.
