Eminent Gold said on October 15 that a laboratory age date from Celts was 11.73 ± 0.12 million years. The company interprets it as similar to AngloGold Ashanti’s Silicon–Arthur system, about 100 kilometres away.

The company expanded its claims to 1,020 hectares and plans five holes totalling about 2,500 metres. Only two holes are permitted; the rest depend on permits and financing.
