Bullfrog Gold reported on October 15 that summer mapping, prospecting and rock sampling at its South Bullfrog project in Nevada had refined several exploration targets and identified a new area called Tadpole. The company also reported expansion of its Bottoms Up target and pathfinder geochemistry at the southeast block. Its 2026 summer program collected 104 rock samples, within a project total of 765 samples gathered to date.
The company said drilling at the permitted Longtail and Shingleback targets was planned for the fourth quarter of 2026, while several other areas remained in permitting or early evaluation. The release reported no new assay results or mineral resource. Surface alteration and pathfinder elements guide exploration but do not establish gold mineralization beneath cover; adjacent AngloGold resources are on other properties.
