CSSPEVK coordinator Thierry Katembwe said the aim is a settlement with basic infrastructure. Tefen’s director said it would seek partners; ACP reported a 10-year project horizon.

The deal covers studies and partner search, not secured financing or construction. The 1,000 hectares are not the full 43,300-hectare Kin-Kiamona plan.
