The U.S. International Trade Commission scheduled full five-year sunset reviews of countervailing-duty orders on phosphate fertilizers from Morocco and Russia. The October 9 Federal Register notice says the review period may be extended by up to 90 days.

The commission will assess whether material injury to the U.S. industry would likely continue or recur if the orders were revoked; the notice announces neither a new duty nor a final decision. Prehearing briefs are due March 24, 2027, the hearing is April 1, posthearing briefs are due April 8, and final comments are due April 29.
