UN Climate Change launched Initiative Self-Service on 17 September for cooperative climate initiatives registered on its NAZCA portal. The platform lets initiatives update information and report progress using a common framework.

UNFCCC said the portal listed more than 300 initiatives, of which 190 were actively reporting every three years or newly registered. Initiatives are invited to report on the previous year each September; registration alone does not show that climate goals have been achieved.
