Galaxy Ventures and TruSilver said on October 9 that the exchange had granted conditional approval for their qualifying transaction on October 7. That approval satisfied the escrow-release condition for the concurrent financing, which raised about C$2,830,090 gross between June and September; all remaining hard-dollar and flow-through subscription receipts converted into shares and related securities on October 8.

TruSilver owns the Sturgis-Walton silver project in Nova Scotia. The company said it had defined an initial drill target and expected a five-hole, 3,500-metre program to begin in October under a permit valid through 2027. The transaction still requires outstanding conditions and final exchange acceptance; trading under the resulting company name and reserved TAG symbol had not yet begun.
