The Republic of the Congo’s Official Journal dated 1 October published Order No. 2795, signed by the transport minister on 14 September. It authorises Pointe-Noire-based Wing Wah Exploration & Production Pétrolière SAU to transport petroleum products by road across the country.

The licence runs for five years and may be renewed; it is personal to the company and cannot be transferred. The order also requires technical specifications for operating conditions and safety measures, with transport authorities responsible for regular oversight. The measure licenses petroleum-products transport; it does not grant exploration or production rights.
