Trident OGX chief executive Lucien Ebata told a hydrocarbons-sector meeting in Brazzaville that the company had installed new equipment at the Mengo-Kundji-Bindi (MKB) field, with five production lines intended to enable output of about 2,500 barrels a day. This is a company statement reported by ACI, not an independently verified production measurement.

Ebata said the company aims to reach 10,000 barrels a day by the end of 2026 and, from 2027, to develop the Mengo and Kundji fields with an ambition of 45,000 to 50,000 barrels a day. These are company targets; the report did not say those output levels had been achieved.
