Qatar’s Ministry of Justice launched a new website for the Official Gazette and the Al Meezan Legal Portal on October 11, Qatar News Agency reported. An October 7 QNA notice had previewed the planned launch; the later report confirms the platforms went live and describes their available functions.

The ministry says the Gazette’s electronic edition is an authenticated official text under the law, while Al Meezan links legislation with judicial rulings, legal opinions and agreements. At launch, QNA reported that the portal held more than 9,659 legislative instruments, 3,758 judicial rulings and 709 agreements. The services are available in Arabic and English; ministry officials said AI tools guide users to authoritative legal text and do not replace it.
