Puebla’s state government said on 11 October that it had launched a portal bringing together technical studies, permits, the legal framework, implementation progress and answers to common questions about a planned cable-transit system. The government says the material will be updated weekly.

The release describes a project with four lines and nine stations. State officials say an integrated network is intended to cut travel time from 100 minutes to 44 minutes and reduce annual CO₂ emissions by 18,507 tonnes; these are project estimates, not achieved results. The announcement also gives a target population of 774,000 and 54,632 people in the direct area of influence.
