The agreement concerns seven contiguous mineral claims covering about 8,535 hectares on Vancouver Island. The option terms call for C$1.375 million in cash payments, at least C$530,000 in project expenditures and shares valued at C$1.375 million.

Island Range is an early-stage project with no defined resource or reserve. Osiris said it plans mapping, geochemical sampling and induced-polarization geophysics this year; historical sampling and production figures in the release were described as unverified context.
