Apogee agrees to add about 1,965 hectares to Saskatchewan’s Knife Lake project

Two claims lie beside the project’s northern boundary and three sit within its current outline. Under the agreement, Apogee would pay C$20,000, issue one million shares and grant a 2.5% net-smelter-returns royalty over the claims.

The transaction remains subject to exchange approval and customary closing conditions, with closing expected by November 16, 2026. The company said the ground would consolidate land around the Knife Lake deposit; historical drill intervals cited in the release have undetermined true widths.
