McEwen Inc. said on October 9 that it had signed a definitive agreement to sell the Fuller property, its 60% interest in Paymaster and a surface-rights parcel in Timmins, Ontario, to Dome Mine, a Discovery Mining subsidiary. The stated total consideration is US$55 million.

The terms call for US$5 million in cash and US$50 million in Discovery shares. The share count will be based on a five-day volume-weighted average price set before closing, and completion remains subject to customary conditions and TSX approval. McEwen said it plans to use the proceeds for operations and development projects; the sale has not yet closed.
