The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) received 80 bags of poultry feed from Hybrid Feeds for training and research in its Farm Practical Year (FPY) programme. The university said the donation was received on 5 October at its Centre for Community-Based Farming Scheme (COBFAS).

COBFAS Director Dare Akerele said the contribution would support practical learning in poultry production and farm management as well as the university’s poultry farms. The university said more than 1,800 penultimate-year students were expected to benefit; that is a projected reach, not a confirmed count of participants served.
