The ministry’s 17 September announcement names Tanmiah, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Saudia Group and Petromin among the partners.
The ministry’s agreement with Tanmiah covers agricultural research, poultry product development, training and exchange of expertise. Other memorandums focus on environmental investment and sustainability; the announcement gives no investment value or production capacity.
