Calendar-adjusted manufacturing output in the Netherlands was 9% higher in July 2026 than a year earlier, Statistics Netherlands (CBS) reported. CBS said it was the largest increase in four years. After seasonal and working-day adjustment, July output rose 1.6% from June.

Machinery output was up 35.8% year on year, while electrical and electronics output fell 3.5%. Results varied across industries, so the overall manufacturing increase does not mean every branch expanded.
