Ebla Research Collective published Collaborative Energy with the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies in Beirut. Research addresses Lebanon’s electricity crisis and decentralized solar expansion.

Models include building and neighbourhood initiatives, cooperatives and municipal partnerships. This is a research publication; proposed models are not all implemented or financed projects.
