Planning documents for the proposed development at the Dibekdere and Karakuyu neighbourhoods in Milas, Muğla are on public display for 15 days from October 2, 2026, according to the energy ministry. The 1:5,000 master plan and 1:1,000 implementation plan were approved on September 29.
The plan identifiers are NİP-481149867 / UİP-481149866. Documents are available through the ministry website, its main building noticeboard and the e-plan system. This is a planning announcement; it does not announce electricity production starting.
