Planning documents for the proposed development at block 3899, parcel 18 in Aydınlı, Sivrihisar, Eskişehir are on public display for 15 days from October 1, 2026, according to the energy ministry. The 1:5,000 master plan and 1:1,000 implementation plan were approved on September 28.
