Jordan’s agriculture ministry and United Nations representatives discussed digital transformation in the farming sector, including a digital identity for farmers. A 5 May report by Petra said a proposed national platform would connect information on production, resources, markets and services.

The report describes discussions and a cooperation agenda. It does not say the platform is operational, that every farmer has been registered or that a specific service has launched.
