The trial began on October 4 in coordination with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship. Fourteen services belong to the Drug Directorate, nine to the Food Directorate and eight to the Regions Directorate, initially at the Amman office.

Two services cover medical devices, supplies and cosmetics, while two are general services. Applicants must first create an electronic establishment account; food businesses must also register their facilities. The administration said fees must be paid within 72 hours or the request is automatically cancelled.
