Jacobs selected for Utah’s Strawberry High Line water project

Central Utah Water Conservancy District selected Jacobs for engineering services on the proposed Strawberry High Line Improvement Project. The program envisages converting an open canal into buried pressurized pipelines and repurposing the corridor with a regional trail.

Jacobs is expected to provide design and construction-phase support with Bowen Collins & Associates. Pipelines, a pump station and related infrastructure would support agricultural and municipal users. The $750 million figure is estimated program construction value, not a disclosed Jacobs engineering contract price.
