Iraq’s State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO) issued an export tender for fuel oil available from refinery depots. The two-month contract period is scheduled to run from November 1 through December 31, 2026, with exports through available land and sea border outlets.
The notice states a total contractual quantity of 2,567,760 metric tonnes, with a ±20% operational tolerance.
