The commercial branch includes national postings and placements in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Centre-Val de Loire and Normandy. The surveillance branch includes national postings and placements in Grand Est and Normandy. In each stated allocation, external and internal competition places are divided equally.

Separate articles provide 15 contractual-route places for beneficiaries of the statutory employment obligation and 45 places for beneficiaries under the military-disability pensions and war-victims code. These routes are stated separately from the 410 competition places. The order sets numbers for previously authorised competitions; it does not report completed hires.
