Emperor Metals reported final assays from seven new holes in its 2026 Duquesne West campaign in Quebec. Hole DQ26-51 returned 1.0 g/t gold over 26.3 metres from about 40 metres vertical depth.

Other near-surface results in the release included 1.2 g/t over 19.2 metres in DQ26-22 and 0.7 g/t over 6.5 metres in DQ26-23. The company said assays had been reported for 51 of 66 holes, with 15 remaining pending.
These are downhole interval lengths, not necessarily true widths. After a short pause to review results and refine targets, the company plans another 3,000–5,000 metres of drilling; that work is forward-looking and not yet completed.
