Brazil’s Finance Ministry homologated the fifth Eco Invest Brasil auction result on 7 October 2026, identifying R$49.95 billion in potential investment across six production chains. The ministry said bids represented R$181.3 billion in demand. The approved figure is potential investment mobilization, not money already paid to projects or realized spending.

The ministry allocated R$6.5 billion in potential mobilization to critical minerals, batteries and electric mobility; R$9.75 billion to automation and AI; and R$5.2 billion to green fuels, biogas and biomethane. The remainder covered other production chains. CPG’s report on 10 October recapped the earlier homologated result, which had already been announced.
