Colombia Compra Eficiente said it had resumed public tender CCENEG 092-01-2026 for a fourth-generation vehicle price framework. The agency issued Resolution 586 on October 2, following preventive observations by the Inspector General’s Office.

The revised schedule covers seven activities, from restarting selection to approving the performance guarantee, between October 5 and November 5. The framework concerns vehicles, preventive maintenance, basic and special modifications, and accessories for public entities; the announcement is a tender restart, not a contract award.
