Burns & McDonnell published Mike Wagner’s discussion of tools and team selection for transmission and distribution work on June 2. It compares the planning needs of constrained substation sites and new line construction.

The article does not announce a new contract or new project completion date. EPC planning needs to connect outage windows, permits and material availability. Increasing team size alone does not remove these dependencies.
