Australia announced on 20 October that the ENTRI facility in south Brisbane had opened. The 7,000-square-metre building spans four floors and includes five segregated clean rooms and 19 wet laboratories.
It is intended to help small and mid-sized biotechnology firms manufacture on site. The announced 500 highly skilled science jobs are an expectation, not a reported count of jobs already created.
