Source not verified: In a full report published on 10 October, Eixos says seven industrial consumers in Rio de Janeiro filed applications to migrate to the free gas market after earlier denials. The report links the move to an agreement between state regulator Agenersa and utility Naturgy.
Eixos attributes immediate interest to Braskem and CSN and a 2026 intention to Nitriflex; these plans do not mean migration has taken place. The agreement and PPSA auction documents were not separately reviewed in this check.
