Bolloré Group reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of €937 million, up 49% on a reported basis and 53% organically from a year earlier. Reported revenue rose 49%, reflecting a €17 million negative consolidation-scope change, mainly the exit of Ovrsea after its merger with Fusalpes. For the first nine months, reported revenue was €2.581 billion, up 19%; organic growth was 21%, with a €48 million negative scope effect.

Bolloré Energy was the largest contributor. Third-quarter revenue was €851 million, up 61% organically, even as sales volumes fell 9%. The company attributed the revenue increase to higher oil-product prices and said those prices partly contributed to lower volumes. For the first nine months, the division generated €2.318 billion, up 24% organically, while volumes sold were down 11%. The figures show price and volume moving in different directions; they do not establish an increase in physical fuel demand.

The industrial division recorded €76 million in Q3 revenue, up 4% organically, and €232 million for nine months, up 2%. The company said growth came from its Systems activity, led by Automatic Systems, and from Films, where dielectric and packaging products benefited from higher prices and volumes. These gains offset lower Blue activity, particularly Bluebus. The release does not provide segment-level profit, so revenue growth alone does not show whether margins improved.

Other activities generated €10 million in Q3, up 3% organically, reflecting higher real-estate revenue. Nine-month revenue was €31 million, down 3% organically, as property receipts declined. On a reported basis, the category fell much more because of the Ovrsea scope exit. The group’s organic growth removes scope and currency effects to compare activity on a consistent basis, while reported growth reflects the consolidated businesses in each period.

The quarterly table shows the contrast clearly: Bolloré Energy revenue increased from €530 million in Q3 2025 to €851 million in Q3 2026, while industrial revenue rose from €73 million to €76 million. Other activities fell from €27 million to €10 million on a reported basis, partly reflecting the portfolio change; organic change for that category was positive 3%. This mix means the headline group increase was concentrated in energy rather than evenly shared across activities.

The update also repeated developments announced earlier in September. Bolloré had outlined a project to stop Bluebus electric-bus production, potentially affecting 74 positions, and a refocus of Blue Solutions on fourth-generation batteries, potentially affecting 41 positions. The release linked Bluebus’s situation to a weaker-than-expected French market, intense competition and price pressure; it described the battery plan as a strategic refocus. Those are previously announced plans, not decisions first made in the Q3 update.

Bolloré’s report is a quarterly financial-information update rather than a full results statement. It presents revenue by business line and compares both reported and organic changes; it does not give group operating profit or a net-profit measure for this period. Accordingly, the reported rise should be read alongside the exceptional oil-price backdrop, lower fuel volumes and the scope effect from Ovrsea, rather than as a broad-based volume expansion.

The first nine months therefore show a sharp increase in energy revenue alongside lower physical volumes, modest gains in industrial activities, and a small decline in other businesses. Reported revenue totaled €2.581 billion; organic growth was 21%, while reported growth was 19% after the consolidation-scope change. The company’s update does not provide a forecast for full-year revenue in the release. Its next scheduled financial publication was not identified in this quarterly notice.
