Sunflower, soybean and vegetable output shaped Belgorod’s 2025 crop results
Belgorodstat published the region’s 2025 oilseed, potato and vegetable production results.

Belgorod Region harvested 408,900 tonnes of sunflower seed and 637,200 tonnes of soybeans in 2025. Oilseed crops occupied 36.6% of sown area, according to Belgorodstat’s October 9 agricultural-day release.
The same release said potato output rose 12.8% from the previous year to 315,400 tonnes. Open-field and greenhouse vegetable production increased 10.3% to 235,400 tonnes, while the fruit and berry harvest reached 82,300 tonnes, 2.5 times the previous year’s level.
