In a 9 October filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Aura Minerals reported preliminary third-quarter 2026 output from its four operating mines in Brazil. Borborema set a quarterly record at 22,842 gold-equivalent ounces, 60% above the previous quarter. The company cited access to higher-grade areas and improved filtering performance.

Almas produced 14,264 gold-equivalent ounces in the quarter, Apoena 6,865 and Mineração Serra Grande (MSG) 13,321. Aura reported these separately from its six-mine global total; Aranzazu in Mexico and Minosa in Honduras are not Brazilian operations. The figures are preliminary. Borborema’s nine-month 2026 production was 54,194 gold-equivalent ounces.
