Allegiance Resources signed a definitive asset-purchase agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Thanksgiving, Five T’s and Rio Grande tungsten projects in British Columbia. The properties comprise about 1,905 hectares across 14 mineral claims; if the transaction closes, the company’s tungsten portfolio in Canada and Nevada would total four projects.

The release cites a 1981 result from Thanksgiving hole T-81-1 of 3.01% WO₃ over 3.54 metres, including 4.74% WO₃ over 2.03 metres. The company’s independent qualified person has not verified the historical information, and the company does not treat it as current. Proposed LiDAR, drone magnetics and three-dimensional compilation of old drilling data would follow closing and financing.
