Volta Metals said an independent estimate effective September 30, 2026 puts Springer’s indicated resource at 122.4 million tonnes grading 0.59% total rare earth oxides (TREO). The company also reported 197.5 million tonnes at 0.53% TREO in the inferred category; the indicated high-grade core is 27.6 million tonnes at 1.00% TREO.

The release gives a supplementary gallium estimate averaging 36 grams per tonne within the resource volume, including 14.8 million tonnes at 56 grams per tonne in the high-grade domain. Gallium has no assigned economic value in the current estimate because recovery to a saleable product, costs and payability are not established. Mineral resources are not reserves and do not demonstrate economic viability.

Methodology

Mineral Resource Estimate prepared by SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. and effective September 30, 2026 according to the issuer. The gallium figure is an in-situ supplementary estimate within the rare earth resource volume, not a standalone gallium resource; it does not establish recovery, a saleable product or economic value. Mineral resources are not reserves and do not demonstrate economic viability.
