Order 11/2026 of October 19 imposed temporary mobility restrictions in municipalities along the southern Valencia and northern Alicante coasts. The regional government cited rainfall since October 18, repeated alerts and warnings to stay away from flood channels. The CECOPI emergency coordination body agreed the measure at 07:00 that day.

The order allows emergency authorities to modify the measures and provides exceptions to keep essential services operating. It is a civil-protection decision governing movement during the emergency; it does not report a damage or casualty toll.
